Wiring

Connecting all the electronics together can seem a bit overwhelming at first, but it's not that tricky.  First of all, some of the electronics plug straight into the receiver!

There seems to be two different standards of plugs that connect to the transmitter but they both work ok (at least with mine).  They use different colours on the wires (see left).  One uses an orange wire as the Signal cable and the other uses white.  In the case of my receiver the signal cable is the innermost area of the socket and marked with an S.  The other pins being for current (+ and -).

You should be able to plug in the follwing items directly to the receiver and they will get their power directly from it.

Servo(s) if you have them

Retracts (I used a 'Y' harness to connect two into one plug)

ESC(s) of which I have only one.  The receiver gets its power from the ESC

In the rather poor diagram below I've attmepted to show how my wiring works.  All the blue lines refer to items that simply plug into the receiver.  The rest are indicated.
